  1. I’m a minority opinion on procrastination (so-called). If you’re not forgetting, and if you’re just doing something else you want to do instead, there are solid reasons for postponing. Proactive processing vs. knee-jerk, the-sky-is-falling reactivity, for e.g.

  2. Jane, interesting perspective. If I planned to wait, then I wouldn’t apply the word “procrastination”. As you say, there can be solid reasons for postponing.

    Ellen, I call these “tolerations” – those little “pebbles in the shoe” that we hardly notice but that can really slow us down.
